How the MD Lingua website and learning workspaces handle personal information.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Pre-launch draft

This page documents the intended policy for the current service. It must be reviewed with the final business details before paid subscriptions launch.

Information we process

MD Lingua may process your name, email address, time zone, French level, learning plan, consultation answers, lesson requests, lesson history, progress, credits, and teacher notes. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes and cannot be read by MD Lingua.

How information is used

This information is used to respond to enquiries, operate your account, plan and deliver lessons, record learning progress, secure the service, and communicate about the service you requested. It is not used to process payment in this version.

Service providers and technical data

OVHcloud hosts the website, database, authentication service, and operational backups. Its infrastructure may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliable delivery. Analytics and advertising trackers are not configured in this version.

Sessions and security

Strictly necessary authentication cookies keep signed-in sessions working. Access to learner and administration records is restricted by account role and server-side authorization checks. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

  • You can browse the public site without creating an account.
  • You can choose whether to submit a consultation request.
  • You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

Contact and retention

Privacy requests can be sent to contact@mdlinguagroup.com. The legal entity, registered address, lawful bases, international-transfer details, final retention periods, and deletion procedure must be completed and legally reviewed before commercial launch.
