No subscription can currently be purchased through this website, so there is nothing to cancel online. A consultation request can be withdrawn simply by not sending the prepared email or by replying to the conversation.
Intended lesson changes
The product is designed to support reasonable rescheduling with advance notice. The final notice period, late-cancellation treatment, teacher cancellation process, and exceptional-circumstance rules will be confirmed before checkout is enabled.
Monthly subscriptions
The intended monthly option renews one month at a time and can be stopped before the next billing date. Exact notice, refund, and unused lesson rules remain subject to final business and legal validation.
Six-month subscriptions
The six-month option is intended to be billed upfront at a discounted rate. Cooling-off rights, early cancellation, medical exceptions, and refund calculations must be stated clearly at checkout before this option is sold.
Unused lessons and fair use
Rollover limits for lesson-based plans and a fair-use scheduling rule for every subscription will be published before launch. Teacher availability will always apply to requested lesson times.
